Turn Your Space Into A "Holy Sh*t, This Is GORGEOUS" Moment.

Your home shouldn't just be a place you live in. It should be a space that makes your heart skip a beat every time you walk through the door. That stops guests in their tracks. That makes them whisper "wow" under their breath. And that's exactly what we do at Meredith Parrish Design. We don't just "decorate rooms..." We create thoughtfully curated spaces that tell YOUR story. That reflect YOUR personality. That make YOU feel alive.

We're not for everyone though. If you're looking for basic, cookie-cutter design that looks like every other Instagram post... we're probably not your people. But if you want a space that: • Makes your heart race every time you walk in • Has friends begging for your designer's number • Perfectly balances beauty with functionality • Actually feels like YOU (not some magazine spread) Then we should talk because we focus on creating spaces that'll make you say "Holy smokes, this is EXACTLY what I wanted".

So what exactly do we do???

As little or as much is as needed whether that means we knock out some game-changing ideas in a 2 hour design consultation or spend 50 hours whipping up an epic kitchen transformation. Some of the interior design services we offer include:

  • Space Planning for new construction and home renovations.

  • Construction documents/Architectural plans (floor plans, elevations, detail drawings, lighting plans)

  • 3D Renderings

  • Furnishings, fixtures, and finishes specification

  • Color consultation

  • Window treatments

  • Conceptual Design and development

  • Interior decorating

  • Room organization and clutter control

  • Client-specific design styles

  • Lighting design

  • Site visits, measurements, walk-throughs with trades.

  • Art specifications

The Process

  1. COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY CALL: Let’s take 20 minutes to connect, talk through your project, and nail down the details for an in-home consultation.

  2. $350 2 HOUR IN-HOME CONSULTATION: Thanks so much for welcoming me into your space! This two-hour meeting is all about getting a deeper understanding of your design goals. I’ll walk through your home, snap some photos, take notes, and offer initial recommendations. We can dive into anything you’d like—whether that’s paint suggestions, furniture specs, or brainstorming ideas, even if we don't end up working together long-term.

While this meeting usually leads to the next step in the process, it can also be a one-time session for clients looking for design direction to kick off a DIY project. Need more time? No worries! During our Discovery Call, we can set up a custom rate if you’d like to extend the consultation.

All advice, meeting and travel time within a 20 mile radius of Fort Collins, Colorado is included in this $350 advanced fee.

  3. THE DESIGN AGREEMENT: After our meeting, I will present a tailored proposal + preliminary project timeline for my Interior Design services. Proposals are structured based on your unique project scope and budget; either a set fee or an hourly retainer. (I elaborate on these types below) Your custom proposal will clearly define the scope of work and fee we agree upon.

    1. SET FEE: Typically used in Full Service Design for new builds, larger home renovations, or clearly defined projects such as a kitchen remodel or kitchen, primary bath, fireplace renovation, for example. Leave everything to me- from start to finish. Comprehensive planning & design, full documents & specifications, procurement & coordination with access to my trade-only resources, on site project management…all up until the final installation, curated styling, and the big reveal!

    2. HOURLY RETAINER: $135 hourly. A retainer is a wonderful option for those that have a more open-ended project, simple updates, and/or finishing touches. Retainers are billed up front and this allows for maximum flexibility in how we focus and are utilized towards the design priorities. This option is commonly used for more a-la-carte projects where the scope of work is loosely defined and may perhaps grow as the project evolves.

  4. PROJECT KICK OFF: Once the proposal is signed, it’s design time!
