When Catherine and Craig hired Meredith Parrish Design to design the remodel of their home, they were very clear from the beginning that this home would be rustic, western, and true to it’s environment located on a working cattle ranch. Catherine wanted to make sure there were some elegant and feminine touches to keep it from feeling too masculine.

Worn leather seats, wool throws, rough cut stone and a double sided fireplace create the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee and a good book.

 

The sleek and dramatic veining of soapstone provides a stark contrast to the soft plush feel of the sheepskin throws over the counter stools.
